Sogecable's satellite pay-TV operator Digital+ has launched its new Canal+Fútbol HD soccer channel, another milestone in the growth of high-definition TV in Spain.
With this addition the platform's current HD offering consists of 15 HD channels encompassing many genres, including Canal+ HD, Eurosport HD, Fox HD, AXN HD, National Geographic HD, Disney Channel HD and MTV HD.
Canal+Fútbol HD offers a range of live soccer in HD: the English Premier League, Italy’s Calcio, Germany’s Bundesliga, as well as the Spanish Liga BBVA and UEFA Europe League, all in HDTV.
Digital+ also offers other types of sport contents in HD such as NBA basketball, Gran Slam tenis, greatest golf tournaments and American football (NFL).
