The leading Ukrainian channel Inter is to begin broadcasting in HD tomorrow (December 1).
Inter is distributed by Amos 3 at four degrees West and viewers who receive it via DTH will be able to watch Inter HD right away providing they have the necessary reception equipment.
Inter HD will also be offered to Volia cable subscribers in the capital, Kiev.
Inter HD’s schedule will mirror that of the SD channel but include some series, movies and sporting events in HD.
Inter is one of six channels operated by the Inter Media Group, the others being NTN, K1. K2, Inter-Film and Mega.
