- weather: small code fixes, user info - weather - date fixed
- weather: updated sk, cz, en, ru, de, added ro (thx alcatel), uk (thx bodyan) translations
- added autodetect user defined /etc/my_city_Code.txt and use it instead default city_Code.txt
- added autoreload city_Code.txt/my_city_Code.txt when setup started - this mean
no restart GUI is needed to reload changes in city_Code.txt/my_city_Code.txt
