RTi team got exclusive news, that OpenSat is prepairing new models, which will probably be announced on Anga Cable Show in Germany, so We want to inform all of You that our team will support this new models with Enigma 2 and Neutrino HD.

problema nu e configuratia sau procesorul, ci daca ceva cei de la OpenSat vor face ceea ce trebuie vis a vis de o colaborare COMPLETA cu Sigma.

probabil or sa scoata si un + cu cele cerute-wifi/twin dar la un +price, din ce am inteles asta au si in plan.
daca Me nu va depasi 200€ cum se speculeaza eu zic ca sunt destul de ok.
Sa asteptam primele impresii, preturi, important vis-a-vis de SO este trecerea de la politica proprietara la cea opensource ceea ce conteaza enorm(Neutrino/E2/android).
Ce ar fi insemnat ca si pret final o implementare USB3.0, wifiN, gigabitLAN,twin...era bine nu zic nu.
Un HDMI1.3 necesar mai mult pentru video, pentru partea audio DT- HD, DTS-HD,MA...se rezolva prin OT la un HC compatibil.
Eu zic sa mai asteptam sa vedem ce "zice" si configuratia actuala si cum e motorizata si tragem linie pe urma..

Era ok daca tot au scos 2 modele sa fi scos actualul Me si un Me+, acel miniMe nu-i vad rostul, poate pentru cei ce pleaca cu rulota

preturile aproximative: azbox miniMe 150-200€, azbox Me 200-250€, disponibile in Romania pentru vanzare ~ 2 luni, sunt asteptate primele aparate pentru test!

In the past, AZBox was more turned to work with Linux, though with strategic partnerships that allowed us to have some products differentiated from our competitors.

Those solutions, however, were always developed under NDA and it did not allow us to open the SET TOP BOX code as much as we want.

Now the situation is different and we are endeavoring a lot of efforts to develop a more OPEN box and counting on the cooperation of the community. So, at ANGA Cable 2011 we will not only introduce a new range of STBs, but we will also present a new way to watch the development of our products and have real open source policies. Our objective is to develop together and grow with the community and not against it!

Furthermore, we will transfer this philosophy to our actual line models (AZBox Premium HD+, AZBox Elite HD, AZBox Ultra HD) and start from the beginning with those policies with AZBox Me and AZBox miniMe.

-Se pare ca azbox Me (miniMe?) prezinta suport hardware BlindScan 4:2:2, cat si pentru cele cu modulatie profesionala 16APSK-32APSK!
-Potrivit unor zvonuri(retaileri), parteneriatul cu CELRUN ar fi luat sfarsit, fw5306 posibil ca fiind ultimul fw eliberat de catre acestia.
-Dezvoltarea Android si suportul pentru drivere va fi asigurata de catre Sigma Designs şi Opensat, iar pentru modelele AZBox Premium, Premium +, Elite, Ultra se afla in testare o versiune de neutrino ce va fi lansata sub numele de "opensat hd".
