Updates DB version to R7327.
- SVN 7473 update
- photo usb/hdd mount fix
- mgcamd 1.30d / newcs1.6b
Skins from 7043 works, but! Updated skins will arrive
when they are fixed for 7473.
Old one does not work with photo album.

Although new update from DGStation is close to be released, i
leave to it to you as i fixed the card driver issue, and this one
only includes the fix for internal card reader.
