Kathi problem ?

i have problem with my kathy , flash image 4.49 with incubuscamd work 10-15 min ok then picture stop and after 2 min go to like snow and after this i must restar kathy

please somebody maybe have same problem and how to fix ?

It's an E2 problem. SNOW appear if your "line" is down, try to change channel fast (when snow appear)
